I am looking for an experienced Greek chef to provide short-term, paid consulting and hands-on training at my established restaurant in Montréal. I need assistance with: Developing and implementing several authentic Greek dishes Improving recipes, preparation methods and presentation Setting up efficient kitchen procedures Training our existing kitchen staff Standardizing portions and recipes for consistent quality Experience with Greek grilled meats, souvlaki, gyro, rotisserie chicken, appetizers and traditional Greek cuisine would be a strong advantage.
