Smaller general contractor looking to connect with a reliable, experienced labourer or tradesmen for occasional work on residential construction projects in the Ottawa and surrounding area. This would be flexible, as-needed work, typically a day here and there when we could use an extra experienced set of hands on site. Work may include: • Framing • Siding/exterior work • ICF/formwork • General carpentry • Construction cleanup/site work • Other miscellaneous construction tasks We’re looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, comfortable with a variety of construction work, and can work independently when needed. This could be a positive fit for someone self-employed, or already working in the trades who is interested in picking up extra days here and there. Pay would be by the day and based on experience.
