Scope: • Approx. 900 sq. ft. basement ceiling: remove existing 1/2-in. hollow ceiling; install acoustic mineral-wool insulation and resilient channel; install one layer of 5/8-in. Type X drywall; tape, mud and sand to a true Level 4 finish. • Stairwell wall: approx. 100 sq. ft.
Remove existing finish; install acoustic wool and resilient channel; 5/8-in. Type X drywall; Level 3 finish. • Recent non-load-bearing partitions: approx. 60–65 LF at approx. 7 ft. 6 in. high; frame, board and finish as per drawings.
