We are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join our busy notary firm.

The successful candidate will:

- have minimum three years' experience with residential conveyancing
- have experience with First Nations and manufactured home properties
- be patient and kind with clients who are in stressful and time-sensitive situations
- have a keen eye for detail
- love problem-solving
- be passionate about helping clients get into their new homes
- be able to work as a senior member of a distributed team
- be able to work in a paper-less (not paper-free!) system

We believe that conveyancing is best done in a team environment, and that the skills of senior conveyancers should be focused on the administration of a file, including designing a plan for each file, determining which documents will be necessary for each file, preparing those documents and ensuring the fundamental terms of a transaction are carried out.





We have developed a conveyancing team that will help you with various aspects of each transaction, including:

- intake clerks (who takes details from clients and sets up appointments)
- due diligence clerks (who perform searches and obtain utilities, tax and other information)
- a mortgage liaison specialist (who prepares mortgages to lender specifications)
- a registrar (who deals with the registration of documents)
