Effective September 8th, 2026 until June 30th, 2026
The annual salary for a full-time teaching position ranges from $63,347 to $116,190, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement. The salary will be prorated based on FTE.
Required Qualifications And Experience A part time (.375 FTE) Entrepreneurship 10, Math 9, and Digital Media 9-12 position is available. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Appropriate qualifications and/or experience in teaching Information Technology and Math
- Post-secondary coursework and/or ELL instructional certification considered an asset
- Knowledgeable in the use of Proficiency Scales for assessment
- Knowledge of the Ministry of Education Core Competencies, Big Ideas, and Learning Standards for the appropriate curricular area
- Hold a valid BC Teaching certificate
- Commitment to and demonstrated experience using and integrating technology with the curriculum.
- An ability to use a variety of teaching and learning strategies that can accommodate the learning needs of all types of learners.
- A proven ability to develop a positive learning environment in the classroom and evidence of strong organization and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to and successful experience working collaboratively in a team setting.
