Role Details

Description The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure is a 5k or 1k walk or run.

This year’s event will be taking place on Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

Help participants get ready for Run Day! Join our Saturday Early T-Shirt Pick-Up team and help create a smooth and welcoming experience before the big day.

Tasks for this role include:

- Welcome participants attending Early T-Shirt Pick-Up
- Help locate and distribute Run for the Cure T-shirts by colour and size
- Keep T-shirts, supplies and the pick-up area organized
- Answer general questions about Run Day
- Help prepare remaining T-shirts and supplies for Sunday
- Assist with moving T-shirt boxes as required
- Should be comfortable lifting at least 10 lbs
- Must be 19+
- Bring a friendly, organized and welcoming attitude and help participants leave excited and ready for Run Day!

Your specific role assignment and responsibilities will be shared with you before the event so you know exactly what to expect on Run Day.
