You will advance the AI capabilities of Operational Risk by supporting risk subject matter experts in the identification and documentation of AI use cases and their requirements. Through leveraging partnerships with AI and technology development teams, you will also support the delivery of AI use cases. This role requires a combination of business and technical skills to ensure Operational Risk AI needs are effectively being met.
Partner with Operational Risk Subject Matter Experts to understand their AI needs and ensure requirements are being met Assist in the documentation of AI use cases throughout the AI development lifecycle including intake, scoping, and detailed requirements Experiment with readily available Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop expertise used to support the business in identifying AI opportunities and best practices Actively support AI adoption as a change champion within the business Must-have Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment Robust experience using AI, with demonstrable experience in prompt engineering Experience creating and running Python scripts Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2027 Student placement with a start date of January 2027, and end date of April 2027.
