We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 310T Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer trucks to ensure optimal operational performance. Your expertise will help keep our fleet and machinery running smoothly, supporting our commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Duties
- Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of customer trucks.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems.
- Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed to repair or modify equipment components.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during maintenance procedures.
- Heavy lifting of machinery parts and components using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members appropriately and effectively.
Qualifications
- 310T License
- Proven mechanic experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and the ability to read schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Experience working on Freightliner & HINO trucks of varying models
- Excellent communication skills with team members and clients regarding repairs or maintenance issues.
