5-Axis CNC Operator Programmer

We are currently seeking a 5-Axis CNC Operator Programmer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled machining professional with experience in complex tooling and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Job Type:

- Permanent, Full-Time
- 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce tooling components for mold and die applications
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and manufacturing specifications
- Perform machining operations including milling, turning, drilling, and tapping
- Use precision inspection tools (e.g., probes, micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety legislation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating 5-axis CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD data
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment




- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly wage: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Work Conditions:

- This position may require standing for extended periods and lifting materials within safe limits
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs and will be compensated in accordance with Ontario employment standards
