Duties

- Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Assist with medication administration under proper supervision and training when necessary
- Provide patient care that includes supporting daily routines, social skills development, and communication enhancement
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and behavioral observations in compliance with regulatory standards




- Support children during activities that promote social interaction, independence, and emotional regulation

Skills

- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings, preferably within special education or behavioral health fields
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to child health and developmental disorders
- Ability to accurately collect, record, and interpret data to inform treatment plans
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate approach with patience and adaptability to meet each child's unique needs
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established protocols for medication administration and patient care
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about ABA techniques, child development, and best practices in special education
