Role Overview:
The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in securing brand partnerships and ensuring that projects run smoothly, working closely with our Talent Managers, Talent, and the Brands involved in each campaign. This position requires a charismatic and organized individual who is excited about the opportunity to network with some of the world's biggest brands and creators.
Key Responsibilities:
● Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with current and potential clients to strengthen partnerships
● Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, align on strategies, and support overall business development efforts
● Brand Partnerships: Understand current industry and brand trends to identify unique opportunities for creators to partner with brand
● Campaign Execution: Assist with campaign briefs, contract negotiations, and communication with both the brand and the client
● Admin:
Assist in keeping up-to-date meeting notes, client information, and email communication with brands and clients
● Digital Media: Assist with the creation and generation of Pitch Decks, Media Kits, and Creator Brand Decks
Qualifications:
● 1+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field
● Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills
● Experience in client development, business development, or related roles
● Strong networking skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
● Excellent research and analytical abilities
● Experience in project coordination and brand partnerships is an asset
● Proactive, self-starter with strong communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
