You won’t be doing it alone. A remote customer success specialist and our operations team will have your back, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and winning customers.

✨ What you’ll actually do

Own your territory

- Take ownership of a territory and treat it like your own business
- Visit customers and leads in person to build real, lasting relationships
- Be the trusted face of FreightSimple in your area

Win and grow customers

- Close new customers and turn them into regular shippers
- Grow and manage your own book of business over time
- Listen closely, understand what each business needs, and solve their problems

? What we’re looking for

- Someone who lights up a room, confident and outgoing with a kind personality




- Can talk to anyone and walk through the door of any company
- A self-starter, self-motivated and results driven
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a car, since this role involves visiting customers in person
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to multitask and juggle competing priorities
- A team player who can give and receive feedback
- Freight experience is a bonus, not a must. A background in selling something matters more, whether that’s retail, fine dining service, cosmetics, medical sales, or anything else where you won people over
