Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle

Translate performance insights and market intelligence into strategic recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes

Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, strengthen client insights, streamline workflows, and improve overall sales effectiveness





Partner closely with Client Services to ensure seamless onboarding, campaign execution, optimization, and client success

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions and negotiate commercial agreements

Provide ongoing market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales initiatives

Foster strong internal partnerships to continuously improve the customer experience and drive business growth

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Proven track record of success in digital advertising sales within a premium publisher, media, retail media, or ad technology environment

Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including premium media, programmatic advertising, commerce media, audience targeting, measurement, and omnichannel marketing

Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable client recommendations

Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Client Services The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
