We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Opening Operations Specialist to review account opening documentation and ensure files are processed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Daily Responsibilities A typical day in this role will involve:

- Review account opening documents sent by the Front Office.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of account opening documents.
- Process varying numbers of files quickly and accurately.
- Manage daily workload while meeting processing requirements.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Use Microsoft Office applications for day-to-day activities.

- Microsoft Excel – Basic functionality.

- Microsoft PowerPoint – Basic functionality.
- Microsoft Outlook – Basic functionality.

The expected base salary range for this position is $20 – $21 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
