Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to maintain precise financial records.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify data integrity across all ledgers.
- Perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Develop and monitor budgets to support departmental and organizational financial goals.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures,



ensuring all financial statements are complete and compliant with accounting standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation techniques.
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting standards is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,939.79-$128,499.59 per year
