As an accounting executive you will play a key role in expanding our business by working closely with new clients, responding to quote requests, and successfully placing policies.
We are seeking licensed insurance brokers with a strong sales mindset and community presence to grow a personal and commercial book of business.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close current Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance
- Engage and convert leads generated through in-house marketing initiatives
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Assess client needs, provide tailored quotes, and negotiate coverage options
- Bind policies efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage policy renewals and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing service and support
What You Bring:
- RIBO license in good standing (required)
- 1+ year of insurance sales experience in Canada (Auto/Home/Business preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
