Role Description: The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in 3030 Don Mills, Toronto, ON, supporting day-to-day real estate operations for Deepak1.ca.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling client appointments, organizing property viewings, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. The role involves handling phone calls and emails, maintaining qualified communication with clients and partners, and performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

The Administrative

Assistant will help prepare and organize real estate documents, track transaction deadlines, and support listing and marketing activities. This position also assists with record-keeping,



maintaining client databases and CRM entries, and ensuring the office environment remains organized and efficient.

We are looking for recent high school graduates at a beginner level; no high-level skills and experience are required for this profile. if you don't have experience, we will teach you, guide you, and train you.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling client inquiries and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, task prioritization, and support for strategic activities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic CRM or database management.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Previous experience in real estate, professional services, or office administration and completion of relevant post-secondary education or training are considered assets.
