Cadence is seeking a seasoned Analog IC Design Architect to drive the design process from concept to final product.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 10 years in CMOS SerDes development, with expertise in jitter and signal equalization techniques. A solid background in circuit blocks such as PLLs, ADCs, and DACs is essential for meeting customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop analog/mixed signal IC circuit blocks
- Lead verification processes ensuring conformance to customer specs




- Collaborate with teams to innovate long-reach SerDes solutions
- Utilize CAD tools for circuit simulation and verification
- Provide insights into SerDes standards and electrical requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant IC design experience
- Proficiency in SerDes circuit blocks and equalization techniques
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Familiarity with Cadence tools and laboratory testing
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
