Analytics Engineer - Senior Consultant or Consultant Design, build, and modernize semantic layers to enable self-service analytics, AI, and cross-platform reporting
Design and develop data-rich applications that blend standard software (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or similar) with open-source technologies (e.g., Facilitate design and requirements sessions with business and technical teams, translating insights into actionable data models and technical solutions
Develop and optimize data models using SQL, Python, or other relevant languages
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure data quality, usability, and alignment with business goals
Implement best practices for data integration, governance, and analytics enablement
Stay current with emerging tools and techniques in analytics engineering, AI, and data platforms
3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering,
data engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python; dbt, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma)
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics solution design
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Fluency in whiteboarding and design solutions for data mapping and user experience requirements
Exposure to or interest in AI/ML integration and modern data architectures
Hybrid/In office: Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $135,000
