Job Summary Seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst / Platform Support Engineer to support mission-critical banking applications and infrastructure platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring application stability, production support, incident resolution, change implementation, release coordination, and platform monitoring across distributed environments.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Linux, AutoSys, FeedHub, Certificate Management, CI/CD tools, and Production Support operations, along with robust exposure to incident management, change management, and on-call support.

This role requires close collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, Security,



and Business Support teams to maintain high availability, reliability, and operational excellence for business-critical banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Production Support

Provide Level 6 production application support for critical banking applications.

Monitor system health, application availability, and platform performance.

Investigate and resolve production incidents within established SLA timelines.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.

Coordinate application recovery activities during incidents and outages.

Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of critical banking systems.

Support application deployments and environment maintenance activities.

OpenShift Platform Support

Manage and support applications deployed on Red Hat OpenShift containers.

Linux Administration & Support

Perform Linux server support and troubleshooting activities.

FeedHub & Integration Support

AutoSys Scheduler Support

Certificate Management

CI/CD & Release Management

Incident & Change Management

Monitoring & Operational Excellence

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Application Support, Production Support, Platform Support, or DevOps Support experience.

Strong experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.

Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.

Experience supporting AutoSys scheduling environments.

Experience with FeedHub integrations and operational support.

Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates and certificate lifecycle management.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:

Jenkins

Azure DevOps

Previous experience working within large Canadian banking environments.
