Monday to Saturday, approximately 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m and 3-4 Days per week

About Us

GTA Gallery Ltd. is a growing, family-owned independent used-vehicle dealership in Victoria. We are looking for a reliable, energetic and organized Lot Attendant to help keep our vehicles, lot and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done and can stay productive without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

- Keep the dealership lot clean, organized and presentable
- Arrange vehicles neatly and ensure inventory is easy to access
- Wash, vacuum and prepare vehicles for display and customer appointments
- Cleaning common work spaces and washrooms
- Complete vehicle detailing and touch-ups as required
- Check vehicles for fuel, cleanliness, warning lights and visible damage
- Move vehicles around the lot safely
- Take vehicles for fuel, inspections, repairs and other appointments
- Pick up and deliver vehicles, parts or dealership supplies
- Install license plates and complete other basic vehicle-preparation tasks
- Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with dealership errands and general day-to-day tasks
- Maintain detailing supplies, tools and work areas
- Help ensure vehicles are ready before scheduled test drives or deliveries

What We’re Looking For
- Valid BC driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently




- Able to safely drive vehicles of different sizes
- Comfortable performing physical work daily and working outdoors
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage time and complete a daily task list
- Skilled and respectful around customers and their vehicles
- Automotive, dealership or detailing experience is an asset, but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset
