Autorama is looking for motivated, outgoing and proactive Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team.

We serve a diverse customer base throughout Toronto and the GTA and are looking for experienced sales professionals who can communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.

We're looking for more than someone who simply waits for customers to walk through the door. The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable with social media and motivated to actively generate new business while also working the leads and opportunities provided by the dealership.

Additional Language Skills In addition to English, the ability to communicate professionally in one or more of the following languages is a strong asset:

- Tagalog

- Turkish

- Arabic

- Spanish

- Vietnamese

- Somali

Additional languages are also considered an asset. Candidates of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming internet, phone and showroom leads
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up schedule
- Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience from initial contact through delivery





Social Media & Business Development We want salespeople who are willing to create opportunities, not just wait for them.

Successful candidates should be comfortable:

- Actively prospecting and developing their own customer base
- Posting and maintaining vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace
- Responding promptly to Marketplace and social media inquiries
- Using Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms to generate leads
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook
- Appearing on camera to showcase vehicles, promotions and dealership content
- Developing creative ideas for generating leads and customer engagement
- Building a personal online presence and professional network
- Using social media consistently as part of their daily sales activities
- Finding new and resourceful ways to generate appointments and sales

You don't need to be a professional content creator. However, you should be comfortable using social media, willing to appear on camera and interested in building your own personal brand and customer base.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English communication




- Tagalog, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese or Somali language skills are a strong asset
- Proactive, energetic and self-motivated approach to sales
- Comfortable prospecting and generating your own business
- Comfortable creating videos and using social media
- Resourceful and willing to try new approaches to generating leads
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Motivated by goals, performance and earning potential
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced dealership environment

- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- OMVIC registration or eligibility to become registered
