Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Avionics & Communication - IPT Head, driving innovation and excellence within our integrated project teams. This pivotal role involves overseeing the design, development, and integration of avionics and communication systems for cutting-edge aerospace projects. As a key driver of technical strategy, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on avionics and communication system development, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Oversee system design, architecture, and integration efforts using advanced CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks
- Manage technical activities related to FPGA programming, firmware development, signal processing, and system debugging to optimize system performance
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components using tools like ANSYS and Mechanical knowledge
- Develop detailed schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and system schematics adhering to industry standards
- Drive innovation through the application of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, C++, and SystemC for automation and system testing
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle




- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members in electrical engineering principles, system design best practices, and troubleshooting techniques

Requirements

- Proven experience in electrical engineering or systems engineering within aerospace or related high-tech industries
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks
- Hands-on experience with FPGA development, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and embedded firmware programming
- Proficiency in signal processing techniques and tools such as MATLAB for data analysis and system optimization
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Perl, C++, and SystemC for automation tasks and system debugging
- Knowledge of electrical schematics design, circuit analysis, and schematic capture tools
- Experience working with manufacturing processes and integrating hardware into production environments
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly across diverse teams
