Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks within local routes during night shifts, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues, performing basic automotive repairs when necessary.
- Manage freight documentation accurately, including delivery logs, shipping manifests, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate timely pickups and deliveries, optimizing route efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers,



and team members to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

Skills

- Proven experience operating commercial trucks in a local or regional setting.
- Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
- Solid attention to detail for documentation and safety inspections.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with energy and motivation.

Minimum of two years cross-border experience.
