LeverageTek is actively seeking a Platform Support Developer for a 1-year term position with its Ottawa based customer.

Key Tasks

- Troubleshoot complex platform incidents across enterprise Azure core services.
- Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM. Container Registry (ACR).
- Manage containerized platform workloads using Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Azure.
- Govern identity access management through Entra ID (Azure AD), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and custom Azure Policies.
- Debug application integration issues involving JSON payloads, REST APIs, and auth protocols like OAuth2.
- Support event-driven cloud solutions utilizing Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps.
- Address platform-to-on-prem networking gaps involving virtual networks, firewalls, and routing.
- Author technical runbooks and documentation to improve platform self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
- Author structured test plans and matrices mapped directly to agile user stories.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and DevOps teams during sprint planning and grooming.

Key Qualifications

- 3+ years of dedicated engineering experience with Azure services in an Azure-heavy setting.
- Extensive hands-on experience using Azure Key Vault, Managed Identities, and Azure Policies.
- High proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Node.js.

Qualifications

- Microsoft Azure (Azure architecture, Landing Zones, and storage mechanisms)




- Working knowledge of code management repositories, boards, and build agents.
- Database & Analytics: Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Advanced T-SQL queries
- Comfortable debugging application code written in .NET, Java, or Node.js
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Assets

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).

Compensation Based on qualifications and experience: $95,000 - 105,000
