This includes overseeing academic planning, operations, development, and both internal and external relations. Candidates for the Dean position must be eligible for appointment as a full professor and have a proven track record of scholarly achievement, strategic and financial leadership, and successful engagement with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in curriculum and program development, assessment, and outcomes measurement, as well as experience in advancing complex initiatives through data-informed decision-making.
