Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and flair.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and ensure a positive experience.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately.
- Handle food preparation tasks including assembling light snacks or baked goods in line with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas, following health regulations.




- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Support team members during busy periods by serving customers promptly and managing multiple tasks effectively.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately.
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles within the food industry is a plus.
