- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.

- Solid experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, authentication, API security, and request/response analysis.

- Must be bilingual in English & French and experienced in working with external vendors/third-party API integrations.

- Preferred: Postman, Swagger, Apigee, MuleSoft/API Gateway, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or ELK.

- 5+ years of application/API support required; Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred.
