We are looking for a Bookkeeper / AR/AP Clerk to join a busy wooden pallet manufacturing company. This role is primarily focused on data entry, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) rather than full-cycle accounting.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with invoices, payments, financial data, and accounting software.

Location: Koplin Ave and The Queensway

Responsibilities

- Enter invoices, bills, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation.
- Perform data entry and basic account reconciliations.
- Follow up on discrepancies and missing information.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.

Requirements
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP,



accounting data entry, or a similar position.
- QuickBooks experience is required/preferred.
- Strong data-entry and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial industry experience is an asset.

Full-cycle accounting experience is NOT required. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in AR/AP and accounting-related data entry.
