Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations. Duties

- Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances regularly to maintain accuracy
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting tasks
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for management review




- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and forecasting future financial needs

Skills

- Solid proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards
