We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residence Manager to oversee the operations of our residential properties. The Residence Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent customer service skills, and robust organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage several aspects of property operations, including leasing and tenant relations;
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants;
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner;
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes and lease renewals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is required.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices is an asset; training is provided.
Other key requirements include:
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Robust computer skills.
