About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the development, customization, and maintenance of our Shopify-based eCommerce platform. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to enhance website functionality, improve user experience, and optimize site performance. This role involves analyzing data from ERP and CRM systems, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and assisting with content creation using AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Shopify development, web management, and eCommerce operations, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and innovation are valued. Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations
- Previous experience in website design with a portfolio to demonstrate skills
- Proficiency in Shopify platform and related technologies
- Experience with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts, themes, templates, and landing pages to meet business needs
- Monitor website performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO compliance; implement optimizations as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website-related projects and initiatives
- Analyze ERP and CRM data to support business and marketing decision-making processes
- Design and develop marketing dashboards and KPI reports utilizing Power BI or similar tools
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and related data within business systems




- Support cross-functional projects involving eCommerce and digital business operations
- Utilize AI-powered tools for generating marketing content such as images, videos, and graphics
- Perform basic image and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Assist in the creation and management of digital content to enhance user engagement
