Burn Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Location: 7532 Bath Road, Mississauga, Ontario

Position: Business Development Manager

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 2+ years of Business Development / Sales experience required

What You’ll Do

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses and decision-makers
- Generate leads and manage sales outreach
- Promote Burn Logistics’ courier, last-mile delivery, and 3PL solutions
- Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Burn Logistics’ customer base across Ontario
- Manage client accounts and support long-term business growth
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and performance results

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role
- Strong communication, networking,



and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or 3PL is an asset
