Business Development & Partnership Lead
Canadian LifeCare Learning (CLL)
Canadian LifeCare Learning (CLL) is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Business Development & Partnership Lead to develop business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, lead outreach activities, and support CLL's revenue growth.
Position Details
? Location: Remote
? Collaboration Period: October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
? Type: Independent Contractor
⏰ Schedule: Flexible – no fixed working hours
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead CLL's outreach strategy and follow-up activities.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, organizations, and partners.
- Lead LinkedIn outreach for business development and partnerships.
- Manage and maintain CLL's Google Business Profile.
- Schedule and support meetings with prospective clients and partners.
- Maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and provide regular updates.
- Supervise and coordinate CLL's Outreach Contractors.
- Provide direction, feedback, and priorities to the outreach team.
- Recommend additional outreach team members when required, subject to President approval.
- Support initiatives that contribute to CLL's revenue growth.
- Follow CLL's communication, outreach, and brand guidelines.
Supporting Team
The Business Development & Partnership Lead will work with:
- Outreach Contractor – Chair Massage Courses
- Outreach Contractor – Older Adult Massage Courses
Compensation
This is an Independent Contractor position with a revenue-sharing compensation structure based on CLL's overall gross revenue, rather than direct commission on personal sales.
The applicable percentage and terms will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
Future Opportunities
Following the initial collaboration period, based on performance, business growth, organizational needs, and mutual agreement, opportunities may include:
- Extension of the Independent Contractor Agreement
- Sweat Equity / Ownership Pathway
- Hourly Compensation
Future opportunities are not guaranteed and require a separate agreement and mutual approval.
