We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cafe Supervisor - Front of house to lead our busty cafe with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the front of the cafe, most importantly - ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food and beverage service, and efficient team management. Your leadership will inspire a positive atmosphere, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable experiences to every guest.

Duties
- Supervise front-of-house operations, including serving customers, taking orders, and managing food and beverage delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas, servers, and food handlers to deliver outstanding hospitality and service excellence
- Oversee cash handling procedures using POS systems
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all restaurant activities
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry with strong team management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant management best practices
- Experience in hospitality roles including Barista
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods
- must have weekday and weekend availability
