Position: Cardiology Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $180–$400/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Cardiology practice, such as ACS management, arrhythmia evaluation, and heart failure optimization.
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to guide AI model training.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and enhance AI reasoning.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Attending physicians:



Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency or board-eligible if recently graduated.
- Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date

- Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.

Compensation & Legal

- Remote, 100% asynchronous.
- Paid weekly via Mercor.
