Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, and answering questions about specifications or usage
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting
- Use communication skills to inform customers about promotions,



new products, or technical features
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures required
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and product demos enhances customer engagement
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales area neat and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette when assisting via phone or in person
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
