We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer inquiries will contribute significantly to our store's success.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a skilled demeanor.
- Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves and arranging displays to attract customers.




- Utilize effective communication skills to convey product information clearly to customers in both English and any additional languages spoken.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for shoppers.
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures, with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining organizational skills.
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is preferred but not required.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
