About Vanta Event Rentals

Vanta Event Rentals provides premium mobile casino entertainment for corporate events, weddings, private parties, galas, and other special events throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are currently expanding our dealer team and looking for confident, skilled, and personable Casino Dealers to work with us on an event-by-event basis.

The Role

As a Casino Event Dealer with Vanta, you’ll help create an authentic, engaging, and memorable casino experience for our guests.

Our events are entertainment-focused, so we’re looking for dealers who not only know the games but also enjoy interacting with people and creating a great atmosphere.

Depending on your experience, you may deal:

- Blackjack
- Roulette
- Poker
- Baccarat
- Other casino-style table games

Responsibilities
- Professionally deal assigned casino games
- Explain game rules clearly to guests when needed
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere at the table
- Maintain control and organization of your assigned game
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the event
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled events
- Follow Vanta Event Rentals' event and service standards

What We're Looking For




- Previous casino dealing experience or completion of a recognized casino dealer training program preferred
- Strong knowledge of at least one casino table game
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with groups
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to event venues throughout the GTA
- Experience dealing multiple games is an asset

Compensation & Perks
- $25.50–$30.00/hour, depending on experience

This is contract, event-based work. Hours will vary depending on event bookings and your availability. There are no guaranteed weekly hours.

This can be a great opportunity for experienced dealers looking for flexible additional income without committing to a fixed weekly schedule.
