We provide administrative support for our practitioners and clients, monthly peer meetings and case study meetings, events, bonuses and so much more.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Psychologist to join our team. As a fully independent Child Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to patients. Experience working with children and youth and in a private clinic setting is highly desirable.
Duties
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Provide counselling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychological research and treatment modalities
Skills:
- Proficient with medical terminology related to mental health disorders in Canada
- Proficient in data collection and analysis techniques and ability to work effectively in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills for providing patient care and counselling
- Experience seeing children in a clinical or private practice setting is considered a solid asset.
