WELLCALM brings professional wellness and rehabilitation care directly to clients at home, at work and in other convenient settings.
We work with individual clients, rehabilitation clients and people recovering from motor vehicle accidents who may benefit from coordinated in-home care.
We are currently growing our chiropractic team across Toronto and the GTA and are looking for Chiropractors who want additional flexibility, recurring client opportunities and the ability to provide care outside the traditional clinic environment.
The opportunity
As a WELLCALM Chiropractor, you can accept bookings based on your own availability and preferred service area.
Opportunities may include
- In-home chiropractic care
- MVA rehabilitation
- Recurring treatment plans
- Mobility and musculoskeletal care
- Collaborative care alongside Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists
- Workplace or corporate wellness opportunities where appropriate
There are no required clinic shifts. You decide which opportunities fit your schedule, location and scope of practice.
MVA & Rehabilitation Care A key area of growth for WELLCALM is coordinated care for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
Depending on the client, care may be coordinated alongside Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy and other healthcare providers.
What we handle
WELLCALM supports the operational side of the client relationship so you can focus on assessment and treatment.
Depending on the booking, we coordinate:
- Client intake
- Scheduling
- Client communication
- Appointment logistics
- Provider matching
- Care coordination
- MVA administrative workflows
- Billing support where applicable
- Ongoing administrative support
What you will do
- Provide professional chiropractic care in clients' homes and other approved settings
- Conduct appropriate assessments
- Develop clinically appropriate treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy and other chiropractic treatment within your scope of practice
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
- Communicate treatment progress when coordination with other providers is required
- Complete documentation related to MVA or rehabilitation care when applicable
- Maintain qualified standards of care in a mobile environment
Who we're looking for
You are
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Professionally insured
- Comfortable providing care independently in clients' homes
- Reliable and responsive
- Professional and client-focused
- Comfortable travelling within your selected service area
- Interested in working with recurring rehabilitation clients
Experience with motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, multidisciplinary care or mobile healthcare is an asset but is not required.
