Responsibilities

- Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas remain clutter-free
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments as needed

Experience





- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or large-scale settings
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
