About the Role

We are a rapidly growing compliance and training organization serving the veterinary, funeral service, and cemetery industries across North America. We are seeking a proactive Client Account & Marketing Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise-level accounts and lead multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives.

In this dual-impact role, you will own the end-to-end client journey—nurturing key enterprise partnerships, driving account retention, and overseeing campaign execution and content creation. If you blend consultative account management with a creative flair for B2B marketing, this is your chance to directly impact our expansion across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Management & Client Success

- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated account lead for enterprise-level clients, practice managers, and multi-location business owners, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier support.
- Account Growth & Retention: Proactively monitor enterprise account health, conduct strategic business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and manage contract renewals.
- Onboarding & Advisory: Guide complex clients through onboarding while translating OSHA and DEA compliance requirements into practical, reassuring operational guidance.

B2B Marketing & Campaign Management

- Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and deploy targeted B2B marketing campaigns designed to engage enterprise leads, educate existing clients, and drive product adoption.
- Content Creation: Produce impactful marketing collateral, including informative client newsletters, case studies, educational resources, blog posts, and success stories.
- Webinars & Industry Events: Help coordinate, create promotional material for,



and co-host educational webinars and industry partner events to showcase our solutions.

Collaboration & Strategy

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work alongside senior leadership to translate real customer feedback into refined marketing messaging and enhanced account strategy.
- CRM & Data Integrity: Maintain detailed account intelligence, campaign tracking, and contact logs in our internal CRM systems to optimize touchpoints.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

- Account & Relationship Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B account management, enterprise client success, or high-touch customer service roles.
- Marketing & Content Expertise: Proven experience in B2B campaign management, copy writing, and digital content creation (newsletters, blogs, sales enablement collateral).
- Communication & Confidence: Comfort serving as the primary lead over phone, email, and video calls; skilled at pitching solutions consultatively to senior key stakeholders.
- Strategic & Agile Learner: Ability to quickly master new software, regulatory environments (e.g., OSHA, DEA rules), and industry jargon.
- Self-Motivated: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing both high-value client portfolios and creative marketing timelines.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
