Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate customer requests and share relevant information with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate client, order, and service records.
- Follow up on orders and help ensure information is updated in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and provide appropriate support.
- Help coordinate retail and wholesale customer requests.
- Review customer information and identify any missing or incorrect details.
- Assist with routine administrative and customer service tasks.
- Support day-to-day operations and help maintain an organized workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or a similar role is an asset.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, distribution, or order coordination is an asset.
