My Medical Centers is expanding! With a strong presence in Ottawa and a new Orléans location opening soon, we are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead operations across sites and support our growth.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and wants to play a key role in scaling a modern, patient-centered clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across multiple clinic locations assisting the Operations manager

Manage administrative & clinical staff (front desk, clinical assistants)

Optimize patient flow, scheduling, and room utilization

Coordinate physician schedules and coverage

Ensure high standards of patient experience and service

Oversee billing workflows and EMR efficiency (OSCAR Pro preferred)

Maintain compliance with PHIPA and clinic policies

Support hiring, onboarding,



and staff performance management

Implement systems to improve efficiency during clinic expansion

Assist leadership with launching the Orléans location

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience managing a medical clinic or healthcare setting

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Experience with EMRs (OSCAR Pro is a strong asset)

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable managing growth, change, and multi-site operations

Knowledge of Ontario healthcare workplace preferred
