Part-Time | Approximately 30 Hours per Week

$22.00/hour + Gratuities The Toronto Racquet Club is seeking a friendly, reliable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Club Steward / Member Services Attendant.

This is a hands-on role in a private club environment, combining member service with responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the Club. The successful candidate will be personable, dependable and comfortable working independently while ensuring members receive a consistently high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and attentive service to Club members and guests
- Serve beverages and other items from the Club bar and accurately enter purchases into the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar and service area
- Maintain the general cleanliness and presentation of member areas throughout the Club
- Keep locker rooms clean, tidy and stocked with towels and member amenities
- Manage Club laundry, including washing, folding and replenishing towels
- Wipe down tables, counters, glass and other high-use areas as required
- Maintain the presentation of the lounge, squash court viewing areas and fitness area
- Assist with general kitchen/bar upkeep as needed
- Restock beverages, coffee, supplies and other Club amenities
- Complete routine opening and/or closing duties, including garbage removal,



securing service areas and ensuring equipment is properly shut down
- Monitor the Club throughout the shift and proactively address cleanliness, organization or member-service needs

- Committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional Club setting
- Previous hospitality, private club, restaurant/bar or customer-service experience is an asset

Location: Toronto Racquet Club, Toronto, ON The position involves a combination of member service, bar service and general Club upkeep. Evening and weekend availability may be required based on the Club's operating schedule.
