YOUR ROLE
- Drive sales and growth – Generate memberships, follow up with leads and hit sales targets.
- Lead the team – Coach, motivate and hold the team accountable for results.
- Create an amazing member experience – Build relationships, solve problems and drive retention.
- Own Club operations – Keep the club clean, running smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
- Grow the local brand – Build community relationships, support marketing and create local opportunities.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- A natural leader who takes ownership
- Energetic, positive and highly motivated
- Confident and comfortable with sales and targets
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented
- An excellent communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable with technology and social media
- Available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Bilingual English/French preferred
Fitness industry experience is NOT required. We care more about your ability to lead, sell, communicate and get things done.
