Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety standards, and the delivery of parts that meet exact specifications. Duties

- Set up CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines using technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently while monitoring tool conditions and machine performance throughout production runs smoothly.
- Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and quality of finished parts.




- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles.

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC lathe and CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic math skills including measurements, tolerances, and calculations necessary for precision machining.
- Experience with machining tools, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation is advantageous.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
