Compliance Administrator - Temporary (18-month contract)

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team at Volkswagen of Newmarket. This is a temporary 18-month contract position. Pfaff Automotive is part of North America's largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, and it's your chance to grow with us!

What You'll Do:

- Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists.
- Process finance and lease deals through financial sources to secure approval.
- Ensure that funding documents are completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing.
- Confirm receipt of deposit for sold vehicles.
- Enter warranty purchases to DMS (CDK).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

What You'll Bring:

- 1+ years experience in a comparable role
- Experience with licensing, CDK and One-Eighty
- Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation.

Compensation Range: $45,000-$50,000

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Onsite in Newmarket, Ontario

Position Availability: This is an existing vacancy, and temporary 18-month contract

Schedule: Times vary, 8 hour shifts, full-time
