Join our dynamic team as a Construction Customer Service Representative (C.S.R) working remotely from home! Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing timely updates and solutions.
- Review and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with project planning and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for delivery of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and materials such as drywall, flooring, tile, and masonry supplies.
- Assist with construction estimating by reviewing project scopes and providing input on costs related to carpentry, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical work, and restoration projects.
- Support on-site teams by clarifying project requirements related to cabinetry installation, drywall hanging, caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, masonry work, and other trades.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, and client communications using digital tools.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards by reviewing job site protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site safety procedures.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or a related field with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques including carpentry, drywall installation, concrete forming and finishing, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying and restoration.
- Ability to operate or understand heavy equipment operation procedures is a plus.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience with construction estimating processes and project management software is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly in a virtual setting.
- High level of organization with attention to detail when managing multiple projects remotely.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols to promote safe work practices.
